Canadian rockers Glass Tiger are on the road touring more than they have since the 80’s when they were topping Canadian Charts and my friends and I were rockin out at the dance bars and singing along to their songs.  This weekend they bring all those memories flooding back when they take to the stage Saturday, September 10th at Valley East Days.  Founding members vocalist Alan Frew will be joined by long-time bandmates Al Connelly (guitar) and keyboardist Sam Reid, bassist Wayne Parker as well as drummer Chris McNeill who has been touring with the band since 2003. I was fan-girling a bit when I talked with Sam Reid this past week. He told some cool stories about the time he first heard a Glass Tiger song on the radio, to what life on the road is like now compared to the 80’s when they were just kids in the industry.  Tickets are still available and the information is below!  Here’s my interview with Glass Tiger keyboardist Sam Reid.
